The BQ performs non-contact block height measurement by use of state of the art LASER technology. The BQ software is designed to work with the weight measurements (Full & Empty Boards) to provide an on screen output and permanent record of the density of every board of product produced.

The Bock Qualifier uses lasers to measure the height of the stones within +/- 0.5 mm. The accuracy of the density system depends to some extent on your production environment, variation in production
